Engine Reconditioning
Rainbow and its Trinity group companies offer reconditioning of high-speed and low-speed engine components — automotive engines as well as large industrial and marine diesel engines.
The engine servicing department works with reputed OEMs such as Caterpillar, Cummins, Komatsu and Detroit Diesel, and has repaired 2- and 4-stroke engines ranging from single cylinder to 16 cylinders. Dedicated machinery services cylinder heads, engine blocks, crankshafts, camshafts, connecting rods and more.
For large industrial and marine low-speed diesel engines, a reconditioning-and-exchange service keeps engine downtime to a minimum. Pressure testing of engine blocks and cylinder heads guarantees the workmanship of every completed repair.
