About Rainbow

Engineering trusted across the region since 1991

Rainbow Mechanical Solutions LLC, a member of Trinity Holdings, was established in 1991, in Abu Dhabi, to cater to the increasing demand for specialized services in the region.

Who we are

One workshop, every discipline under one roof

Since 1991, Abu Dhabi's leading operators have relied on Rainbow to repair, recondition and manufacture their most critical rotating and static equipment.

One-stop is meant literally: stripping, inspection, machining, coating, welding, heat treatment, balancing and final testing all happen inside our Mussafah facility, under one quality system and one point of accountability. Nothing leaves the site to a third party mid-job, which is what keeps turnaround measured in days rather than shipping cycles.

Working with our principals — SRI Energy, Velan ABV and Zhejiang Tiande Pump — extends that capability into wellhead equipment, valves and pumps, so the workshop that reconditions a component can also source its replacement.

Company profile

Engineers and skilled technicians repair, fabricate, manufacture, assemble and test mechanical components across two divisions, machining and coatings. A part is stripped, re-cut, re-coated, balanced and tested without leaving the building.

Conventional & CNC machining · Welding & fabrication · Heat treatment · Castings · Dynamic balancing · HVOF · Plasma · Twin Wire Arc · SermeTel® · SermaLon®

Quality focus

Externally audited rather than asserted, with every certification held against a defined scope. Five API monogram licences cover the repair and manufacture of standard API products, each tied to its own product specification.

ISO 9001:2015 · ISO 14001:2015 · ISO 45001:2018 · US Navy standards · API Spec Q1 10th Ed. · API 5CT · 5B · 6A · 7-1 · 7-2

Health, safety & environment

Environment and occupational health are governed by the same audited system as quality, extended by the Abu Dhabi OSH system. Every level is held accountable, backed by continuous training rather than one-off inductions.

A member of Trinity Holdings

Rainbow draws on the depth of expertise and shared infrastructure of one of the Middle East's leading engineering groups — which is how a single Abu Dhabi workshop carries this certification load and partner network.
